3. Offline Storage (PWA)

BeamEdUp supports offline exam-taking through our Progressive Web App (PWA). When you download an exam for offline use, we store exam data, your responses, and sync status in your browser's IndexedDB. This data is automatically synced when you reconnect and removed after successful submission.

4. Third-Party Cookies

We may use third-party services that set their own cookies:

  • Error monitoring (Sentry) — for platform stability

5. Managing Cookies

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies (like authentication tokens) expire based on your session duration settings. Offline exam data is deleted after successful sync. Analytics data is retained for 90 days in anonymized form.
