Quick Start Guide

Visit the onboarding page and complete the 5-step registration: organization details, contact info, plan selection, admin account, and review. It takes about 5 minutes.

After registration, log in to the Organization Portal with the admin email and password you created. You'll see your dashboard with setup prompts.

Go to Branches → Create Branch. Fill in branch details (name, type, address), configure academic settings, and optionally assign a branch admin.

Navigate to Subjects and add the subjects your institution teaches (Mathematics, Science, English, etc.). These are used when creating classes and questions.

Go to Classes → Create Class. Use the 5-step wizard: basic info (grade, section), assign subjects & teachers, set up timetable, and enroll students.

Go to Users → Create User. Select the "Instructor" role, fill in their details, and they'll receive login credentials. Assign them to classes.

Create student accounts individually or use Bulk Import (CSV) for adding many students at once. Assign them to classes for exam access.

Go to Questions → Create Question. Choose from 7 types (MCQ, True/False, Essay, etc.), add points, difficulty, and subject tags. Or bulk import via CSV.

Go to Exams → Create Exam. Set title, duration, passing marks. Add questions from your bank, configure scheduling, then assign to a class.

Once students complete exams, view results in the Grading section. Auto-graded questions show instant scores. Check Analytics for trends and insights.
