Admin Guide - Settings

Organization Settings

Configure your organization's identity, branding, and terminology.

Who can access this? Organization Admin

Accessing Organization Settings

Go to Settings > Organization Details from the settings home page.

Organization Info

FieldDescription
Organization NameYour full institution name
Display NameShort name shown in the sidebar and badges
SubdomainYour portal URL (read-only after initial setup)
WebsiteYour institution's website URL
EmailPrimary contact email
PhonePrimary contact phone number
AddressPhysical address of your headquarters

Branding

Customize how your portal looks to users:

SettingDescription
LogoUpload your institution's logo (shown on login page and sidebar)
Primary ColorMain accent color used for buttons, links, and highlights
Secondary ColorSupporting color used for backgrounds and secondary elements

Branding is applied to:

  • Login page (left panel shows your logo and name)
  • Sidebar header
  • Dashboard elements

Terminology

Customize the labels used across the platform to match your institution's language:

StudentLearner, Scholar, Pupil
TeacherInstructor, Faculty, Professor
ClassBatch, Section, Group
BranchCampus, School, Center
ExamAssessment, Test, Quiz

This is useful for coaching centers that prefer "Batch" over "Class" or universities that use "Faculty" instead of "Teacher".

Tips

  • Upload a square logo (at least 200x200 pixels) for best results
  • Choose brand colors that have good contrast with white text
  • Terminology changes are reflected everywhere in the portal - sidebar, headings, form labels, and reports
