Subscription & Billing

The Subscription page provides a complete view of your organization's plan, billing cycle, and payment details. Organization Admins can manage subscriptions, upgrade plans, and update payment methods.

Subscription Overview

Plan Name & Status

View your current plan, pricing, and subscription status (active, trialing, past due, or canceled).

Billing Cycle

See your billing interval (monthly/yearly), next billing date, days remaining, and auto-renewal status.

Payment Method

Add or update your payment method. Supports credit/debit cards and other payment options.

Plan Features

Review all features included in your current plan. Compare with available upgrades.

Managing Your Subscription

View Current Subscription

Navigate to Settings → Subscription. The page displays your current plan name, status badge, pricing, and billing cycle details.

Review Plan Features

The features list shows everything included in your plan — user limits, branch limits, storage, and addon features like proctoring and certificates.

Upgrade Plan (Optional)

Click Upgrade Plan to compare available plans and switch to a higher tier. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining billing period.

Manage Payment Method

Click Add Payment Method or update an existing one. Payment details are securely stored and used for automatic renewal.

Subscription Statuses

  • Active — Your subscription is current and all features are available
  • Trialing — You're on a free trial period. Add a payment method before it expires
  • Past Due — Payment failed. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
  • Canceled — Your subscription has been canceled. Data is retained for 30 days

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew by default at the end of each billing cycle. The subscription page shows your auto-renewal status and next billing date. To cancel auto-renewal, contact support or use the subscription management options.
