Account & Access

Q: How do I get a guardian account? Your account is created by the school administrator. Contact your school's admin office to request parent portal access.

Q: How do I link my account to my child? The school admin links your account to your child's student account during setup. If your child is not showing on your dashboard, contact the school.

Q: Can I monitor more than one child? Yes. If you have multiple children at the same school, all linked children appear on your dashboard. Use the child selector dropdown to switch between them.

Dashboard & Monitoring

Q: What does the Average Score show? The average score across your child's last 5 graded exams. The trend arrow shows whether it is improving or declining compared to the previous period.

Q: What does Class Rank mean? Your child's standing among their classmates based on exam performance. "Top 80%" means your child is in the top 80th percentile - scoring higher than 80% of classmates.

Q: How often is the data updated? Performance data updates after each exam is graded. The dashboard shows the most recent available data.

Exams

Q: Can I see what exams are coming up? Yes. Go to Exams from the sidebar and check the Upcoming tab. Exam cards show urgency badges (Today, Tomorrow, In X days).

Q: Can I see my child's exam answers? You can see exam scores and whether your child passed or failed. Detailed answer review depends on the school's result visibility settings.

Q: My child's exams show "0 upcoming" but they have exams. Why? Exams must be assigned by the instructor to appear. If your child's class hasn't been assigned the exam yet, it won't show. Contact the school if you believe this is an error.

Notifications

Q: What notifications will I receive? By default, you receive notifications for:

  • New exam assignments
  • Exam results available
  • Announcements from the school
  • Performance alerts (declining scores)

Q: How do I change my notification preferences? Go to your Settings (click your profile icon) and navigate to the Notifications section to configure which alerts you receive.

Support

Q: How do I contact the school? Use the Support section from the sidebar to create a support ticket. The school admin will respond through the platform.

Q: I think there is an error in my child's score. What do I do? Create a support ticket through Support > Create Ticket describing the issue. Include the exam name and the specific concern.
