Billing History

The Billing History page provides a complete record of all invoices generated for your organization. View payment statuses, download invoices, and track your billing summary.

Viewing Invoices

Navigate to Billing History

Go to Settings → Billing from the sidebar. You can also click View Billing History from the Subscription page.

Browse Invoices

The invoice table shows all invoices sorted by date. Each row displays the invoice number, amount, status, and dates.

View or Download an Invoice

Click View Invoice to see the full breakdown, or click Download Invoice to save a PDF copy for your records.

Review Summary

The summary card at the top shows total invoices, total amount billed, and total amount paid across all billing periods.

Invoice Table Columns

Date when the invoice was generated.

Payment due date for the invoice.

Invoice Statuses

  • Paid — Payment received successfully. No action required
  • Sent — Invoice has been sent and is awaiting payment
  • Overdue — Payment is past the due date. Update your payment method to resolve
  • Draft — Invoice is being prepared and has not yet been finalized
  • Cancelled / Refunded — Invoice was cancelled or a refund was issued

Billing Summary

The summary card at the top of the billing page shows three key metrics:

  • Total Invoices — The total number of invoices generated for your organization
  • Total Amount — The cumulative amount across all invoices
  • Total Paid — The total amount successfully paid
