Organization Admin

The Organization Admin has full control within their organization. This role is typically held by the school owner, principal, director, or head of the institution. Org Admins manage branches, users, settings, billing, and all operational aspects of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branch Management — Create, configure, and manage all branches. Assign Branch Admins to each location
  • User Management — Create, edit, and manage all users across the organization. Import/export users via CSV
  • Role Management — Assign system roles and create custom roles with specific permission combinations
  • Settings & Branding — Configure organization profile, logo, theme, security policies, and notification preferences
  • Billing — Manage subscription plan, payment methods, and review billing history
  • Exams & Content — Create, assign, and manage exams across all branches. Grade submissions and publish results
  • Analytics — Access organization-wide analytics, branch comparisons, and performance reports
  • Announcements — Create and send announcements targeted to specific branches or roles
