Branch Admin Management
The Branch Administrators page lets Organization Admins assign and manage Branch Admin roles across all branches. From here, you can see every Branch Admin assignment, add new administrators, and deactivate existing ones.
Administrators Table
The table lists all current and past Branch Admin assignments:

Use the search bar to filter by name or email, and the branch filter to narrow results to a specific branch.
Assigning a Branch Admin

Navigate to Branch Administrators
Go to Settings → Branch Admins from the sidebar.

Click "Add Administrator"
Click the Add Administrator button. A modal opens with user and branch selection fields.

Select User and Branch
Search for the user by name or email, then select the branch they should manage. Both fields are searchable dropdowns.

Confirm Assignment
Click Assign to complete. The user receives the Branch Admin role for the selected branch and appears in the administrators table.

Deactivating a Branch Admin
To remove a Branch Admin assignment:
- Find the admin in the table and click the Deactivate action button
- A confirmation dialog appears — confirm to proceed
- The assignment status changes to Inactive and the user loses Branch Admin access for that branch
- The user retains their base role (e.g., Instructor) and can still access the platform
