Step 1: Organization Details
The first step captures your organization's identity. This information is used throughout the platform and appears on your portal's login page and dashboard.
Form Fields

Institution Type | Required | select | Choose from: School, College, Coaching Center, University, Corporate, or Institute. |
Multiple Branches | Optional | toggle | Enable if your institution has multiple campuses or locations. Can be changed later. |
Subdomain Selection
Your subdomain becomes your organization's unique URL on BeamEdUp. Choose something memorable and recognizable. The system checks availability in real-time as you type.
Institution Types
The institution type affects default terminology and some configuration options. For example, a "School" might use terms like "Student" and "Teacher", while a "Corporate" organization might prefer "Learner" and "Instructor". You can customize terminology later in branch settings.
