Step 4: Admin Account Setup

This step creates the Organization Admin account — the most powerful role within your organization. This person has full access to all features, settings, billing, and user management.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters long
  • At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least 1 number (0-9)
  • Passwords must match in both fields

What the Organization Admin Can Do

As the Organization Admin, this account has full control over:

  • Creating and managing branches
  • Adding and managing all users (instructors, students, guardians)
  • Managing classes, exams, and question banks
  • Configuring roles and permissions
  • Subscription and billing management
  • Organization-wide settings and branding
  • Viewing all analytics and reports
