Branch Analytics
The Branch Analytics page provides performance insights for a specific branch. It is accessible to Branch Admins (who see only their branch) and Organization Admins (who can switch between branches). The page includes key metrics, performance trends, top and low-performing exams, and score distribution.
Key Metrics
Four metric cards at the top summarize the branch's current state. Each card includes a trend indicator comparing the current period to the previous one.
| Field | Required | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
Total Students | Required | number | Number of learner accounts in this branch. |
Total Attempts | Required | number | Total exam attempts within the branch. |
Average Score | Required | percentage | Mean score across all attempts. Color-coded: green if above 75%, red if below. |
Active Classes | Required | number | Number of classes currently active within the branch. |
Time Range Filter
A dropdown selector lets you filter analytics by time period: Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Last year. All metrics and charts update when the time range changes.
Performance Trends
The trends section compares four key indicators against the previous period:
- Total Attempts — Shows growth or decline in exam activity with a percentage change badge
- Average Score — Tracks whether academic performance is improving
- Student Participation — Measures the percentage of learners actively taking exams
- Pass Rate — Percentage of attempts that met the passing threshold
Exam Performance
Two side-by-side panels highlight exam performance within the branch:
- Top Performing Exams — The 5 exams with the highest average scores, ranked and showing attempt counts
- Needs Attention — The 5 exams with the lowest average scores, flagging areas that may need instructional support
Score Distribution
A horizontal bar chart breaks down exam scores into five bands: Excellent (90–100%), Good (75–89%), Average (60–74%), Below Average (40–59%), and Poor (0–39%). Each band shows the percentage of attempts falling within that range.
