Step 5: Review & Submit

The final step displays a summary of all the information you've entered across the previous 4 steps. Review everything carefully before submitting.

What You'll Review

  • Organization Details — Name, display name, subdomain, institution type, multi-branch setting
  • Contact & Address — Contact person name, email, phone, designation; full institution address
  • Admin Account — Admin name, email, and phone (password is not displayed for security)

After Submission

When you click "Submit", the following happens:

  1. Your organization is created in the system
  2. Your admin account is activated
  3. A confirmation email is sent to your admin email address
  4. You're shown a success screen with next steps
  5. You can proceed to log in to the Organization Portal
