Organization Analytics

The Organization Analytics dashboard provides a comprehensive view of academic performance across your entire organization. It is accessible to Organization Admins and includes metrics, charts, and comparison tools that help identify trends and areas for improvement.

Overview Statistics

Six key performance indicator cards are displayed at the top, providing an at-a-glance summary of the organization's health. Each card shows the current value and a trend indicator.

Dashboard Sections

The analytics dashboard is organized into six rows of visualizations:

  1. Growth & Engagement — User growth trends (new users, active users, churned users) and engagement metrics (active sessions, session duration)
  2. Academic Performance — Subject-wise performance comparison and score distribution histogram
  3. Comparative Analysis — Time-series trends for exams, attempts, scores, and pass rates alongside class-level comparison
  4. Actionable Insights — At-risk students list (declining performance, low scores) and exam highlights (top/bottom performing exams)
  5. Rankings — Top performers with their scores, branches, and exam counts
  6. Branch Comparison — Side-by-side comparison of branches by student count, pass rate, average score, and trend direction

A Quick Links bar provides one-click navigation to drill-down pages for exams, students, and branches. These links use the organization's custom terminology settings (e.g., "Campus" instead of "Branch", "Learner" instead of "Student").
